WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a collaborative process with an ongoing partnership between the Client and Coach whereas, the coaching agenda is developed and implemented in cooperation of both parties. The coaching relationship is strengths-based, forward-looking, and collaborative. The coaching experience supports the client in managing stressors and establishing new adaptive thought patterns and corresponding behaviors.

IS COACHING THE SAME AS THERAPY?

The Client and Coach agree to engage fully in the coaching experience as a partnership and collaboration to support the client's identified needs and goals.


Both coach and client acknowledge that while coaching can be a therapeutic and healing process, it is not mental health therapy or counseling to treat a mental health disorder.

CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?

Absolutely. The first step to empower yourself with Selah Coaching Consultants is by booking a free 20 min consultation to discuss your needs and how Selah coaching can best serve you!

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

The fee for 1 coaching session is $60. Discounted fees are applied when clients opt to choose packages: {5 sessions = $250, 6 sessions = $275 etc.}

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Selah Coaching Consultants will always seek to protect both client and coach. Before a contract is signed and agreed upon, there will be a discussion of the exceptional times where refunds can be issued.

There are no refunds for sessions completed. Policy is further detailed in contract*
